How do we set up Menuvo for our school or catering service?

Does Menuvo integrate with school management systems?

Not yet! It’s a feature we plan to add in future versions of our application.

Can we add multiple administrators to manage the system?
Absolutely! You can assign multiple admin accounts with different permission levels for staff and catering teams.
Can parents order meals for multiple children in different schools?
Yes! Parents can manage multiple children across different schools from a single account, making meal ordering hassle-free.
Can we export meal order data?
Yes! Menuvo provides detailed reporting with CSV exports, making it easy to share data with finance teams and caterers.
What happens if a parent forgets to place an order?

You can manually allow last-minute orders past the cut-off time if required, ensuring no child goes without lunch.

Can we customize the look and feel of our menus?

Yes! Schools and caterers can design branded menus, highlight themed days, and adjust meal categories as needed.

Is there a contract or long-term commitment?

No, Menuvo offers flexible plans with no long-term contracts—upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime.

How does Menuvo handle Free School Meal eligibility?

In the future our system will automatically check eligibility using OFSM. However, for now we ask parents whether their child is eligible for free school meals and the school will be notified with your request (KS2 only). 

Does Menuvo work on all devices?

Yes! Menuvo is fully responsive and works on desktops, tablets, and smartphones, ensuring easy access anywhere.
