You may use Menuvo only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree:

✔ Not to misuse the system for fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorised purposes.
✔ Not to attempt to access, copy, or modify Menuvo’s software code.
✔ To keep login credentials confidential and secure.

Menuvo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these terms.

3. Subscription Plans & Fees

A. Subscription Plans & Fees

• Menuvo operates on a subscription basis, with pricing based on selected plans.
• All prices are clearly displayed and may be subject to periodic changes.
• By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method (via Stripe).

B. Free Trial & Cancellations

• New users may be eligible for a free trial period.
• You can cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
• After the trial, the subscription auto-renews unless canceled.

C. Refund Policy

• We do not offer refunds for completed subscription payments, except where required by law.

• Planned maintenance or updates may temporarily affect availability.
• We will notify users in advance whenever possible.

6. Third Party Services

Menuvo integrates with third-party services, including:

• Stripe for payment processing.
• Google Calendar for demo bookings.
• Google Analytics for website tracking.

These services have their own terms and policies, which users must also comply with.

7. Intellectual Property

• Menuvo’s software, branding, and content are owned by us and protected by copyright laws.
• You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of the platform without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Menuvo is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Loss of data, revenue, or profits due to service disruptions.
• Errors or issues resulting from third-party integrations (e.g., Stripe, Google services).
• User misuse or misconfiguration of the system.

Maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by the user in the last 12 months.

• Suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.
• Discontinue services with reasonable notice to users.
• Remove inactive accounts after a set period (e.g., 12 months).
